Letter of Intent

TalaStar Digital Health UK Ltd has established a strategic partnership with Zhengzhou Shanghe Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., a leading Chinese manufacturer of smart health-check kiosks with over 15 years of experience in medical device manufacturing and CE/FDA-certified product lines.

This collaboration aims to deploy AI-powered health screening kiosks within NHS settings. The kiosks will provide rapid, non-invasive health assessments in outpatient waiting areas, emergency departments, and community health centres.

The Letter of Intent establishes TalaStar Digital as the exclusive UK distribution partner for Shanghe’s NHS-compliant health kiosk product line, with provisions for co-development of custom features tailored to NHS clinical workflows and data governance requirements.
