WCAG 2.1 Level AA

Accessibility Statement

TalaStar Digital is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we are honest about where we currently fall short.

Effective: 1 April 2026 · Version 1.0 · Last reviewed: 10 April 2026

Voluntary Commitment

While the UK Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018 apply primarily to public sector organisations, and the Equality Act 2010 requires reasonable adjustments for disabled users, we publish this statement voluntarily as part of our commitment to inclusive design. We do not claim full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance — we are transparent about our current state and actively working to improve.

Conformance Overview

Current Self-Assessment

21 of 25 criteria met across 5 areas

84%

Partial conformance

This is an honest self-assessment, not an external audit. We plan to commission an independent accessibility audit in Q3 2026.

Known Limitations

We believe honesty about our limitations is more valuable than claiming conformance we have not achieved. The following areas are known to fall short of WCAG 2.1 Level AA:

Screen Reader Compatibility

Targeted for Q3 2026

Some interactive components, particularly the AI Portal chat interface and the Vitalis monitoring dashboard, may not fully announce state changes to screen readers. We are working to add ARIA live regions to these components.

Skip Navigation

Targeted for Q2 2026

Skip-to-main-content links are not yet implemented across all pages. This is a priority improvement that will be addressed in our next development cycle.

PDF Documents

Under review

Some downloadable documents (such as the research paper) may not be fully tagged for accessibility. We are reviewing our document generation pipeline to ensure PDF/UA compliance.

Third-Party Components

Ongoing monitoring

Certain embedded third-party services (Stripe checkout, OAuth login portal) operate outside our direct control. We select providers with strong accessibility commitments but cannot guarantee full conformance of their interfaces.

Technologies

This website relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer:

HTML5

Semantic document structure

CSS3 / Tailwind CSS

Visual presentation and responsive layout

JavaScript / React 19

Interactive functionality

WAI-ARIA

Accessibility attributes for dynamic content

SVG

Scalable icons and graphics

HTTPS / TLS

Secure content delivery

This website is designed to be compatible with current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We test with VoiceOver (macOS/iOS) and aim to support NVDA and JAWS on Windows, though we have not yet conducted formal testing with these screen readers.
