Data We May Retain

Under Article 17(3) UK GDPR, certain data may be retained where there is a lawful basis:

  • Financial transaction records

    Required by HMRC for 6 years (Taxes Management Act 1970)

  • Anti-money laundering (AML) records

    Required by Money Laundering Regulations 2017 for 5 years

  • Legal dispute records

    Retained for the duration of any active legal proceedings

  • Anonymised, aggregated analytics

    Cannot be linked back to you (not personal data)
