This page serves as our Digital Sovereignty Charter — the fortress that protects the ideas, innovations, and vision of our founder and the TalaStar mission.

The intellectual property contained within TalaStar Digital Ltd represents the life’s work and vision of our founder, Kristal Jane Apurado. These ideas are not merely commercial assets — they are a blueprint for humanity’s future. We protect them not out of fear, but out of stewardship. Every line of code, every research paper, every design is held in trust for the benefit of future generations.
Research Protection
All mathematical proofs, manuscripts, and scientific publications are protected under the Berne Convention and UK CDPA 1988.
Patent Rights
WEAN O₂ Technology and GAPS Reactor are subject to patent protection. UK Patent Application GB2600524.9 covers the WEAN O₂ system, adapted via Vitalis AI.
Digital Sovereignty
All IP is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Access is governed by zero-trust architecture.
International Scope
Protection extends under WIPO, Paris Convention, TRIPS Agreement, and the Berne Convention (180+ nations).

The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of TalaStar Digital Ltd and is protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (UK) and international copyright treaties. All software, algorithms, and AI models used on this site are the property of TalaStar Digital Ltd or its software suppliers and are protected by UK and international copyright laws.
2. Founder’s Intellectual Property
The following works are the exclusive intellectual property of Kristal Jane Apurado, Founder & CEO of TalaStar Digital Ltd, and are assigned to TalaStar Digital Ltd under the terms of the company’s founding documents:
- The Navier–Stokes depletion-based regularity solution paper and all supplementary mathematical materials
- The WEAN O₂ Technology concept, design specifications, and engineering documentation
- The GAPS Reactor concept, design specifications, and engineering documentation
- The MoneyGuard™ platform architecture, including the 8-layer security framework
- The TalaStar SuperHuman AI system architecture and operational protocols
- All research publications, whitepapers, and strategic documents published on this website
- The Flood Resilience AI concept and associated research materials
Any attempt to claim, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit these works without the express written consent of Kristal Jane Apurado or TalaStar Digital Ltd will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
3. Digital Sovereignty Charter
TalaStar Digital Ltd maintains absolute sovereignty over its intellectual property, data, and technological innovations. This charter establishes the following irrevocable commitments:
Encryption at Rest
All intellectual property, source code, and proprietary data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption at rest. Access is governed by multi-factor authentication and role-based access controls.
Encryption in Transit
All data transmitted between TalaStar Digital systems uses TLS 1.3 encryption. No intellectual property is transmitted over unencrypted channels under any circumstances.
Zero-Trust Architecture
Access to proprietary systems follows a zero-trust model: every request is authenticated, authorised, and encrypted regardless of origin. No implicit trust is granted to any user, device, or network.
Immutable Audit Trail
All access to intellectual property is logged with immutable audit trails. Every view, download, modification, and transmission is recorded with timestamps and user identification.

Attribution Required
Any reference to TalaStar Digital research, technology, or products must include proper attribution to TalaStar Digital Ltd and, where applicable, Kristal Jane Apurado as the originating author.
Trademark Symbols
The ™ symbol must be used on first reference to any TalaStar trademark in any publication or social media post. Subsequent references may omit the symbol.
No Misrepresentation
Content must not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with TalaStar Digital Ltd without written authorisation. Comparative references must include: "[Name] is a registered trademark of its respective owner."
No Derivative Works
Creating derivative works based on TalaStar Digital IP — including modified versions of our research, designs, or software — is prohibited without written consent.
Screenshot Policy
Screenshots of the TalaStar Digital website may be used for journalistic or educational purposes with proper attribution. Screenshots must not be altered or used in a misleading context.
7. DMCA / Takedown Requests
If you believe that any content on this website infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, please contact us with a detailed description of the alleged infringement, including the specific URL, the nature of the infringement, and proof of ownership. We will respond to legitimate takedown requests in accordance with applicable UK and international law.
8. Enforcement & Legal Remedies
TalaStar Digital Ltd actively monitors for intellectual property infringement and will pursue all available legal remedies against unauthorised use, including but not limited to:
- Injunctive relief to prevent further infringement
- Damages for loss of revenue and reputational harm
- Account for profits derived from unauthorised use
- Criminal prosecution where applicable under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988
- International enforcement through WIPO arbitration and mediation
Notwithstanding the above, TalaStar Digital Ltd is committed to the Pillar of Respect in our Sovereign Code of Ethics. We seek to resolve disputes through mediation and dialogue wherever possible, reserving litigation as a measure of last resort.
